His body was shaking as fear took over his whole body, he didn't know how this man could survive Bella's poison and his bullets, but still, he couldn't give up, No, he refused to die here! Izzy threw a bomb at Zhao Li Xin once the bomb exploded, the entire ground shook causing the ceiling and walls to collapse later on smoke and debris filled the air.

 Izzy didn't let this chance go, he used superhuman speed Gift to repeatedly shoot Zhao Li Xin from four different directions to make sure he would not miss.

"GO DIE, YOU DEMON!" Izzy screams while shooting at Zhaolixin.

Rapid gunshots echoed non-stop for a few moments until they finally died down simply because he was out of bullets. Izzy was still pointing his gun as his chest heaved up and down, sweat drenched his face and neck even his hands became wet and clammy. The crumbling stones and rubbles managed to extinguished most of the fire as a result the temperature around them dropped significantly making it more bearable.

Bella and Izzy waited in suspense but nothing appeared, only tense silence and thick smoke filled their surroundings, since they didn't hear anything else their hope soared, Izzy grinned triumphantly finally he managed to kill that terrifying Demon!

Amidst the smoke and debris Izzy looked for Bella, when he found her still lying on the ground he rushed towards her grabbed her shoulder then ecstatically said "Did you see that, I did it, Bella, I killed that Demon!"

"You did," Bella praised him thought she couldn't help to feel it was a shame that the man was dead but since he gave her no choice, so he couldn't blame her. The thought that an arrogant woman would become a widow brings a smile to her face.

They could only rejoice for a moment when they suddenly heard bone chilling chuckles from behind the thick smokes, gradually a figure appeared as the smokes begin to subsided.

Zhao Li Xin leisurely walked toward them while casually patting the dust off his clothes, "Not bad – not bad, but too predictable, too messy, and disorder, you also too quick to let your guard down…big mistake"

 After the smoke around them completely dissipated, the man stood with arms resting behind his back, the man still looked noble and elegant despite the wound on his shoulder and slight damage to his clothes.

 A charming yet twisted grin plastered on his beautiful face as if he was enjoying this. The thought was like needles piercing their skin, weighing down their hearts with a dread causing them to froze.

"How...how could you still be alive...are you really a Demonr?" Izzy cannot believe someone could survive from a powerful attack like that.

Like an arrow, Zhao Li Xin rushed in Izzy direction before he could react Zhao Li Xin already grabbed him by the neck.

Izzy gasped for air he frantically hits and scratch zhao lixin arms struggle to release himself but Zhao Li Xin clutched was like a cuffed around his neck.

'So weak - so stupid' Zhao Li Xin clicks his tongue in disappointment. Does he not learned anything from the previous fight, doesn't he knew what he capable of so why he keep used the same trick over and over? compare to Lory even withour her Gift she is much stronger than them not tomention ten times smarter. If this the level assasin in this world he wouldn't have reason to worry about Lory.

"Izzy!" Bella took a healing potion from her leg bag to give to Izzy but the strong wind caused the bottle of potion to fly from her hand and break.

"How dissapointing" Zhao Li Xin hissed then punch Izzy on the stomach before throwing him away like a garbage.

Bella was stunned watching the bottle from his hand flew from her hands and crash it took few seconds until she realized who the cause was. Bella became increasingly panicked, she about to take out another potion from her bag but Zhao Li xin moves was quicker. n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

Zhao Li Xin snatched her supply bag then kick bella mercilessly, her body flew in the air for a moment before bounce several times onto the ground like a ball.

"Be...Bella" Izzy could only watch helplessly because the wound was too severe for him to move.

"Tsk - tsk - tsk, how impatient" Zhao Li Xin looked at them with open disdain, "There are some questions you need to answer, first"

Bella and Izzy exchanged anxious glances, they both realized they had no choice with their condition right now.

"Will you give me the potion after we answer your question?" Bella mustered up the courage to ask.

"Of course," Zhao Li Xin said with certainty.

Bella's eyes darted left and right, she doesn't believed Zhao Li Xin "How...how do I know you will keep your promise?"

Zhao Li Xin sneered, "You don't, but that's your only chance..."

Bella clenched her jaw, feeling angry and frustrated but in the end she gave in, "What do you want to know?"

Zhao Li Xin narrowed his eyes as he kept his expression impassive as usual, "First, what does your master want from my wife, don't tell me you were sent to kill her because your stupid friend already revealed it was your own violation to kill her?"

Bella gritted her teeth, in her heart she blamed Izzy's stupidity but there was no point in crying over spilled milk.

Zhao Li Xin narrowed his eyes as he kept his expression impassive as usual, "First, what does your master want from my wife, don't tell me you were sent to kill her because your stupid friend already revealed it was your own violation to kill her?"

Bella gritted her teeth, in her heart she blamed Izzy's stupidity but there was no point in crying over spilled milk.

"My boss wants to recruit her, he thinks she will be useful for the Guild"

Zhao Li Xin tilted his head, "...but you want to kill my wife instead"

Bella lowered her gaze while biting her lips in frustration and anger.

Zhao Li Xin's eyes darken, Bella might not realize it now, but her silence has sealed her fate.

"Who is your master's name?"

Bella opened her mouth but the words got stuck in her throat, she was afraid of what the underground Guild would do to her if they found out she revealed his name.

"D...don't do it," Izzy held bella's arm to stop her, he had been involved with underground guild for a long time therefore he knew how cruel and ruthless they are, "Bella listen to me, he's Lie!

Suddenly they heard a thunderous roar then followed by heavy footsteps. They were startled by the ominous sounds. Zhao Li Xin turned towards the pitch-black path even though he didn't see the beast, he could feel a tremendous energy coming from it.

a faint smile grew on Zhao Li Xin's face, "This commotion must have attracted some powerful beasts, it seems the beast is stronger than previous one...interesting" excitement lit up his beautiful onyx eyes.  On the other hand, Izzy and Bella panicked because in their current condition it was impossible to fight with any beast not to mention powerful beast!

"Have you decided? it's okay if you don't want to, I'll find another way... sadly the same thing can't be said for both of you, don't you think?" Zhao Li Xin speaks in a relaxed manner without a slight urgency in his tone.

"...Ingram Terrence!" Bella shouts the name abruptly.

"Bella!" Izzy reproaches her but Bella doesn't care cause nothing is more scary than this man, right now!

At the same time, the sound of heavy footsteps was getting closer and they could feel the ground around them shaking, even so, Zhao Li Xin was not in a rush, he took out his cell phone then tapped it a few times before he shift his eyes back at them, "....How do you spell that name?"

"..." Izzy and Bella fell silent as Zhao Li Xin waited while holding his phone.

"Stop joking, give us the potion!" Izzy understandably thought Zhao LI Xin was mocking them.

"...sure, after you tell me how to spell the name" Zhao Li Xin reply calmly.

Bella suppressed her furry, forget it, she didn't care anymore! " It's, I - N - G—"

Zhao Li Xin listened seriously, after he's done he re-read the name again to make sure then found the spelling and the sounds was weird, it seemed he had a lot more to learn about the language in this world.

 "Now give us the potion!" Izzy shouted frantically,

Zhao Li Xin put his cell phone back in his robe, "Oh can I have your phone?" he asked Bella nonchalantly.

Furious, Bella threw her cell phone at Zhao Li Xin's face which then caught effortlessly. Seeing his indifferent face made Bella livid she screamed at Zhao Li Xin "Give us the Potion!" After getting all his wishes Zhao put the small clear potion bottle on the ground and then said meaningfully "Good luck"

Izzy and Bella stared at one of the bottles in confusion as they turned their gazes to Zhao Li Xin he had already risen from the ground, he clenched his fist in the air and instantly all the remaining flames subsided. Zhao Li Xin turn around then gracefully rest his hands on his back and then sashayed across a trail of rock and rubble.

"Wa...wait, why there's only one, you promised to give us the potion!" Izzy panicked.

"You promised us!" Bella didn't think he would actually lie to her.

Zhao Li Xin's steps halted he turned around "I did promised you to give the potion, but I never said how much I would give to you..." the man expression was hollow and deadened without a shred of emotion in his eyes then he continue "....choose between yourself who is more deserved"
