Supreme Casanova: Ultimate Harem System

Chapter 98 Man Of Action (R18)

Knock. Knock. Knock. Knock. Knock. Knock.

The knocks came again—sharp, relentless, and more obnoxious than a thousand car alarms.

Hugo froze, his face crumbling into disbelief. 'No. No, no, no! Is this a curse? Am I cursed? Did I anger a god in a past life?'

His eye twitched as his mind exploded into a flurry of curses, each one more ridiculous and lewd than the last.

'Luna, you beautiful demon, what is your goal here?! Do you want me dead? Do you want my ghost to haunt this apartment, forever whispering about your absurd curves and villainous smirks?

'Why are you like this?! I hope your jeans shrink in the wash, you perfectly proportioned menace. I hope your shampoo runs out mid-shower so your glorious hair gets ruined—damn you and your face that could topple empires!'

Jessica groaned, starting to lift herself off his lap again. "I swear, if it's Luna—"

Before she could get up, Hugo acted on pure, desperate instinct. He grabbed her ass tighter, his fingers sinking into the softness like it was crafted by angels. "Ignore her," he said, his voice low and almost growling.

Jessica blinked, startled. "What? But—"

Hugo's eyes flashed as he activated the Aura of Alpha. A subtle hum filled his mind, and his voice dropped to a dark, sensual tone that could melt chocolate.

"Jessica," he murmured, staring into her wide, blushing eyes, "she can wait. You can't."

Jessica's lips parted, her breath hitching as her blush spread down to her neck. "H-Hugo…"

He kissed her again, fiercely this time, swallowing her soft moan.

Her fingers tangled in his hoodie as she leaned into him, her resolve crumbling faster than a dry cookie dunked in milk.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

'Victory!' Hugo thought, nearly weeping in triumph. 'I've done it. Nothing can stop—'

"Jessica, it's an emergency!" Luna's voice pierced through the door like a javelin to the chest.

Jessica froze mid kiss, her lips still brushing his. "Oh, for crying out loud…" she muttered, pulling back with a glare so sharp it could've cut steel. "It better be a real emergency."

Hugo's heart screamed as he watched her move off his lap. He almost grabbed her again—almost—but even the Aura of Alpha couldn't override Luna's expertly timed sabotage.

Jessica stormed to the door and flung it open. "What, Luna?! What's the big emergency?!"

Luna stood there, her expression angelic and her voice innocent. "Should I make dinner for you?"

Silence.

Jessica blinked. Hugo's jaw hit the metaphorical floor.

"...Dinner?!" Jessica shrieked. "That's your emergency?!"

Luna gave a nonchalant shrug, her lips twitching as though she was suppressing a laugh.

"Well, you didn't say what you wanted, and I didn't want to risk cooking something you'd complain about later."

Jessica's eye twitched. "I swear, Luna—"

Hugo's internal curses flared up again, sharper and funnier than before.

'Dinner?! Are you serious? Luna, you are an agent of chaos. I hope your perfectly winged eyeliner smudges.

'I hope the next time you try to look cute, a bird poops on you. Why are you like this?! Stop using your face as a weapon of mass destruction, you smug, stupid—'

He stopped himself mid thought. 'Wait.'

Sanchez, his "mentor" in all things romance and chaos, had never taught him how to deal with a situation this ridiculous.

'What would Sanchez say? No, scratch that—he'd probably just give Luna food and call it a day.'

But Hugo was done. His blood boiled, his muscles tensed, and for once in his life, he felt like a man of action.

No, he was a man of action!

Steeling his gaze, Hugo stood up from the bed with newfound determination.

Jessica and Luna were still arguing—something about "proper emergencies" and "I'll make YOU dinner if you don't shut up"—when Hugo strode purposefully toward the door.

He ignored Jessica's bewildered look as he reached out, grabbed the edge of the door, and swung it shut with a calm finality.

Click. He turned the lock.

Luna's muffled voice came through the door. "Hugo?! What the hell?! Did you just—"

"Yes," he called back dryly. "Goodnight, Luna."

Silence.

Jessica stood frozen, her jaw slack. "Did you… did you just lock her out?"

Hugo turned to face her, his gaze burning with intensity. He didn't say a word. He didn't need to.

Jessica's cheeks flushed bright red as Hugo grabbed her by the waist and pulled her roughly toward him. She squealed in surprise, her hands flying up to his chest. "H-Hugo, wait—"

Her words melted into a breathless gasp as he leaned down, his lips brushing her ear. "I told you," he murmured huskily, "she can wait. You can't."

'I also can't wait or I'm going to die!'

Jessica shivered in his arms, her entire body trembling with excitement. "Oh my god," she whispered.

Hugo tugged at the knot in her towel, and it slid away effortlessly, pooling around her feet.

Time froze.

Jessica's body was a work of art—soft curves, smooth skin, and a blush that crept all the way down to her chest. Her nipples, already erect, stood out beautifully, begging for his attention.

Hugo's brain went haywire. 'Holy—this is it. This is heaven. This is everything.'

Jessica bit her lip shyly, her hands resting on his chest. "Hugo… I'm all yours."

His heart thundered as he leaned down, lips hovering just above her skin. And then—

"HUGO! OPEN THIS DOOR!" Luna's voice thundered, followed by a loud BANG BANG BANG against the door.

Hugo froze mid-motion, his face crumpling into pure agony. "I swear to everything holy, if she doesn't leave…"

Jessica burst into laughter, burying her face in his chest as her shoulders shook. "She's never going to let us live, is she?"

Hugo groaned, resting his chin on top of her head. 'Luna… when I finally snap, I'm sending you the therapy bill.'
