Supreme Casanova: Ultimate Harem System

Chapter 100 Five More Days.

Hugo stood at a roadside food stand, his stomach growling louder than his thoughts.

The tantalizing aroma of grilled meat filled the air, the golden-brown skewers glistening under the dim light of a nearby streetlamp.

The vendor, a burly man with a thick moustache and a stained apron, eyed him like a predator eyeing prey.

"How much for three skewers?" Hugo asked, already preparing for a fight.

"Seven bucks," the vendor said without missing a beat.

"Seven bucks? For this?!" Hugo pointed at the skewers. "Are you seasoning it with gold dust?"

The vendor's face remained calm. He was used to misers like this in his line of work. "It's prime meat, kid. Tender, juicy, grilled to perfection. You won't find this kind of quality anywhere else."

Hugo scoffed. "Prime meat? It looks like it fell into the fire and barely survived."

The vendor shrugged, clearly unimpressed. "Alright, fine. Six bucks, but that's my final offer."

"Four," Hugo countered.

The vendor raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms. "Four? Do I look like I'm running a soup kitchen?"

Hugo crossed his arms as well, holding eye contact without so much as flinching. "Do I look like someone who can afford six bucks for a stick of meat? Come on, help a guy out."

The vendor squinted at him for a moment, then grinned slyly. "You've got that look about you. Like a guy who's had a rough night. Let me guess—you got cock-blocked?"

Hugo's shoulders sagged, and he sighed deeply. "You have no idea."

His defeat was written all over his face. He got cock-blocked by the moon!

The vendor laughed and slapped a skewer onto the grill. "Alright, Romeo. Five bucks for three. That's the best deal you're getting tonight."

Hugo grudgingly handed over the cash, grabbed his skewers, and muttered, "Romeo didn't have to deal with Luna."

He wandered over to a bench, took a bite of the meat, and let the flavours sink in. It was delicious, but it didn't do much to calm the storm in his head.

As he chewed, the events of the night replayed in his mind, and his anger began to bubble again.

'Luna. That chaos-loving demoness in disguise,' he fumed. 'Why? Why did she have to sabotage everything? I was so close! She just had to scream and break stuff like a walking disaster movie. What did she even gain from all this? Or was she jealous?!'

His phone buzzed in his pocket, snapping him out of his rage. He pulled it out and winced. Sanchez had finally replied.

"Oh no," Hugo muttered, already bracing himself. Earlier, in a desperate need for guidance, he had texted Sanchez about the disastrous night. Now, the reply was here.

Hugo tapped on the message and began reading:

[Sanchez:

Hugo…

Kid, you had one job. ONE. And you managed to mess it up in so many ways that I'm almost impressed. Let's break it down:

1. The first thing you should have done when you walked into that house and saw Luna was to lock the door to Jessica's room. Simple.

Secure the territory, eliminate the threat. She's Jessica's roommate—what did you expect? She was going to sit quietly and meditate? Rookie mistake.

2. When Luna made that little remark during the introduction, you should've been calm and confident. Say something like, "Luna? Oh yeah, we met before. In fact, she gave me her number the other day."

Boom—situation diffused. By owning it, you take away her power to exaggerate the drama. But what did you do? You stood there like a nervous puppy.

3. And the foreplay… Kid, you were playing with fire. It's a one-night stand with Jessica. You already know Luna is a potential menace. Why spend so much time warming up?

You should've gone straight for the action. If things were already happening, Luna wouldn't have been able to stop you. But no, you dragged it out, giving her all the time she needed to cause chaos.

Sigh. I blame myself for not preparing you better. You're still a newbie, but this… This was embarrassing, even for you.

Conclusion: You need to man up, plan ahead, and stop letting every little distraction throw you off. You're the one with the d*ck—act like it. And for the love of everything holy, stop letting Luna win.

Peace. Gotta go see my nurse...]

Hugo groaned loudly and let his head drop into his hands. "Why did I even ask him for advice?"

Although Sanchez's words were very true and contained a lot of experience, it still hurts when he put it out just like that.

He scrolled through the System screen, hoping for some kind of consolation for the night.

Maybe an achievement? A small reward? But all he saw was a cold, unforgiving message: No achievements unlocked.

"Not even a pity point?!" Hugo hissed, glaring at the screen.

The System reminded him in a sarcastic monotone that achievements were only given for new sexual experiences or rare repeatable milestones.

Since he hadn't managed to do anything new with Jessica, he'd earned nothing.

"Great. Just great," Hugo muttered, tossing the phone onto the bench beside him. He leaned back, staring up at the night sky.

'Five more days.' The thought weighed heavily on him. If he didn't make significant progress soon, the System's countdown would hit zero. What happened then? He didn't even want to think about it.

Would he really die?

The night felt colder suddenly, and Hugo sighed, sinking into his misery. Just as he was about to give up completely, his phone buzzed again.

It was a message from Collins.

[Collins:

Yo, bro! I'm already at the dorm. You should come. Got some good news for you.]

Hugo stared at the screen, hope flickering in his chest. "Good news?"

He quickly replied:

[On my way.]

Stuffing the phone back into his pocket, Hugo stood up and tossed the skewer stick into the trash. Whatever Collins had to say, it had to be better than sitting here wallowing in regret.

"Alright," he muttered, steeling himself. "Let's see what this 'good news' is all about."

With a determined stride, he started walking toward his bike, silently praying that his luck was about to change.
