CHAPTER START---

---Korea, Undisclosed Location…

"Shigaraki, the last group of Nomu are heading out," Twice says as approaches Shigaraki, who is sitting on the floor surrounded by stacks of documents.

"Good, we don't know how long this communication blackout will last, the more Nomu we get into Japan before it ends, the better."

"Not to mention the Pro Heroes and cops are busy with the public," Twice says. "It's still super creepy that he won't let us use our phones, aside from using them as screens for him to broadcast the messages he sends."

"And the chaos in the world," Shigarai says, remembering mere minutes ago when Tech showed everyone riots in Canada, France, and Spain. "Too bad Japan is still relatively calm."

"Tch, they think Horizon is going to save them," Twice says, folding his arms and looking away.

"He will, Horizon is invincible, he won't fail," Shigaraki says. "Which is why we aren't making our move until he graduates UA and leaves."

"Yeah, but what about our friends over in Japan?" Twice asks. "Compress is still doing his infiltration thing, but Spinner, Dabi, and Toga said they captured Cellophane, and we couldn't get an update since Tech attacked at the same time, aren't you worried?"

"No," Shigaraki says. "They're probably using this chance to move him to a better safehouse, since Horizon shouldn't be aware either, and he's too busy dealing with Tech. When this is over they'll get in touch and we'll use that Hero as a distraction to move more Nomu into Japan."

"Yeah, I guess you're right," Twice says. "As soon as this is over we need to get rid of that hero and bring our friends back here."

---Horizon Tower, Minato Tokyo…

"Well, atleast you know it works," Horizon says as he sits at the bar beside the large pool within Horizon Tower.

"But did the needle have to be so big?" Sero asks, holding the syringe with the large needle very carefully. "What would have happened if I took the wrong one?"

"You'd rather not think about it, trust me," Horizon says as Sero places it back into the metal case with the remaining two syringes labeled with his name, filled with glowing blue liquid energy.

Horizon takes the case, opens the empty syringe, and condenses his healing energy into a liquid yet again to refill it.

"Thanks for leaving those, being burnt alive nearly killed me, Tokoyami barely got to me in time."

"I'm glad he did, and I've already made arrangements with Mina to put my plan into place, but I need to get going soon so you all have to get started without me."

"We already assumed that would be the case!" Juzo yells as he approaches behind them, with Tokoyami a few steps behind him, Dark Shadow completely enveloping Toga so she can't see or hear them.

"Lock her in place for a while, I need to catch all of you up," Horizon says.

Juzo nods to Tokoyami, then kneels and softens some of the concrete a dozen meters away from where Horizon and Sero are talking.

Tokoyami then lowers her into the liquified concrete before Juzo hardens it, leaving everything below her nose trapped in solid concrete, facing away from them.

"Better than handcuffs, right?" Juzo asks jokingly as he and Tokoyami join them at the bar.

"Better than tape, that's for sure," Sero says. "Now, about this plan?"

"Right, I'm heading back to America in a few minutes. I'll be taking Nezu, Power Loader, and Momo with me. Ryuko is up in the mountains with her team so she'll be fine."

"Do you guys have a plan for Tech?" Tokoyami asks. 

"Yeah, David Shield and Nezu will deal with the science, Power Loader will assist, and Momo will make anything we don't have time to fabricate," Horizon says. "I'm not sure what they'll come up with but hopefully it'll be done soon, but your task is about what comes next."

"And what's that?"

"Pushing their buttons," Sero says, earning a confused look from Tokoyami.

"He means we're going to make things personal with the League Of Villains," Horizon says. "Or more accurately, with Spinner. Sero already set up his desire to protect Toga.

So now we need to rub the fact that he failed in his face. Shigaraki isn't very smart, but he's learned to keep his emotions in check, atleast from what I know. Spinner though, not so much."

"So he'll come for his girl, then we grab him," Juzo says. "But won't Shigaraki stop him?"

"If he was in Japan he could, besides, emotions cause mistakes all the time," Horizon says.

"Not a big enough mistake to attack us for the sake of rescuing her," Juzo says.

"True, which is why we'll give him a second option," Horizon says. "Mina agreed to play the part of my weakness, so either they go for Mina or Toga, win-win for us. But we need to push him even more, so interrogate her quickly, we want her face in the news as soon as the communication systems are online again. They will be trying to catch up just like everyone else, so let's put her face in front of them."

"How do you want us to interrogate her?" Sero asks. "She's not the type to crack easily, she really thinks those villains are her only friends, ever."

"I don't care how you do it," Horizon says. "Waterboard her, drown her, make her drink gas then set her on fire, flay her, burn her, I don't care what you do, just make her talk. Rip everything you can out of her before we hand her to the police, I'll leave some Elixirs here so you can bring her back from near death a few times, don't waste them, and don't let her die. She's no use to us dead, but remember, we want Spinner to blame himself for what happened to her, so leave some scars, let him know what she suffered because of him."

"That seems a bit much, don't you think so?" Tokoyami asks, only for his friends to look at him as if he grew a second head.

"Right, this is your first time," Juzo says.

"No time like the present to start, so Tokoyami will take the lead," Horizon says. "Show him how, and make sure he uses his hands, no Dark Shadow."

"But I—"

"Wasn't really a suggestion, you need to understand the kind of people we're dealing with, and how far we're willing to go to stop them," Horizon says. "These are the people who killed hundreds of children and made Nomu from them, remember?"

Tokoyami looks down at the floor, "Right."

"Good, now I need to go," Horizon says. "Oh, and where the hell is Shinso?"

"He went to see his girlfriend, there was a lot of chaos at Shiketsu High, and villains attacked them just before Tech shut down the comms."

"During summer break? Those villains are pussies," Horizon says. "If he brings Camie here just…keep her away from this side of things."

"That won't be a problem, she basically lives in the media room when she's here," Juzo says as Horizon gets up.

"Good, now get to work on Toga."

With one step Horizon appears in Nezu's office, over 300km -186 miles- away.

"Is everything ready?" Horizon asks, seeing Nezu packing his laptop into a small bag of clothes.

"Yes, Power Loader has all the essentials we need to carry over there, we can go to them now," Nezu says.

Horizon warps both of them outside into one of the training fields, away from the parents and students around the main campus area, not wanting to cause a scene.

Upon their arrival, Nezu sees Power Loader and Momo standing in the middle of the field with their travel bags and a large metal case, the size of a large suitcase.

"What is that?" Horizon asks.

"Computer chips," Power Loaders said. "We had to use the UA Supercomputer to program them, so they aren't something we could make over there. Is warping them going to be a problem?"

"It'll be annoying since this use of my Quirk is fairly new, but, I can manage," Horizon says.

"New use of your Quirk?" Genesis asks.

"My Quirk Awakening," Horizon says as he takes a few steps away from them. "It's just, a bit difficult to get a handle on, and exhausting. But I'll have those problems solved in a few months."

"How the hell does your Quirk get any stronger?" Power Loader asks. "Can't you already do anything?"

"Somewhat, but I have, had, internal limits. Also, true divinity has permanence," Horizon says as he creates a small Room in his right hand, visible and translucent blue for all to see.

Then he raises his sword and gently presses it against the blade, and the liquid energy wraps around the blade, glowing much much brighter.

T-ROOM!

Horizon feels the energy stabilize, just as it did yesterday when he used this to arrive in Japan.

And with one deep breath, he activates his latest ability….
