Chapter 42: 42 : Buying Skills
In the Audaz District, at the restaurant, the sun began its descent, casting a golden hue over the water features and trees.
The western horizon displayed a breathtaking beauty as the sky transformed into a canvas of red and purple tones. The rivers, ponds, and fountains shimmered under the departing sun's glow, creating a mesmerizing scene.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, darkness enveloped the surroundings, unveiling a night sky that resembled a masterpiece of colors and twinkling stars. The sky swirled like a tornado, with the stars shining like diamonds, beckoning observers to admire their brilliance.
Three massive moons added to the enchanting display, gleaming against the backdrop of the star-filled night sky.
The scene was a captivating blend of beauty and mystery, with the night sky serving as a stunning canvas against the vast expanse of stars.

The restaurant's surroundings were brightly lit, with numerous people in luxurious clothing entering in groups of two or three. Occasionally, luxurious carriages would stop at the entrance as exquisitely dressed individuals made their way inside.
Since the restaurant opened early in the morning, business had been booming. Now that it was nighttime, even more customers were coming in.
Throughout the day, word of the restaurant had started to spread, but it would take time for news of its specialties to reach the entire city.
Every employee and staff member was busy, including Felix. The third floor had suddenly started to attract more customers, filling up almost all of the rooms.
Felix didn't know why, buy he noticed that they have suddenly a lot of people coming to the third floor.
He also noticed that these guests were not ordinary people - some of them exuded a powerful presence that made him a little nervous.
He made sure to greet each guest and ensure everything was running smoothly. He didn't want to offend anyone he couldn't handle.
Although Felix felt like he was serving these guests.Greeting these powerful customers made him slightly uncomfortable
He had always kept a low profile since coming to this world, wanting to avoid drawing unwanted attention.
But deep down he was secretly thrilled by the influx of customers. He was happy to see so many people coming to the restaurant, especially those on the third floor.
The dishes served on the third floor are ten times more expensive than those on the first floor and five times more expensive than the second floor.
Naturally, he was happy to see the third floor gaining customers, but he was also pleased to see the other floors filling up. He couldn't help but grin, knowing that more customers meant more income and brought the system closer to completion.
And it was just only the first day since the restaurant opened, but with time and word of mouth from satisfied customers, he believed he could complete the mission.
Felix felt more confident that he can complete the system mission before the deadline.
The restaurant remained busy, even late into the night. Although the employees looked exhausted but smiles still adorned their faces, they are happy to see the restaurant thriving.
Felix even announced bonuses for everyone, motivating them to work even harder.
However, as time passed, the number of customers dwindled, and eventually, only a few remained.
---------------------------
"Big bro, I'm so tired," Nixie said, flopping onto the couch.
Trinity, Gwendolyn, Zephyr, and Brixton also collapsed onto the couches, looking exhausted. They had been working all day without much rest, except for their lunch break.
"Here, have some water," Felix said, pouring glasses for everyone before joining them on the couch, rubbing his temples.
"But big bro, I didn't expect us to be at full capacity on our first day open!" Nixie exclaimed with excitement.
"Yeah, it's pretty surprising," Felix chuckled. "It shows that our restaurant is already popular. I have a feeling we'll be a hit in the city in no time."
Trinity and the others nodded in agreement, smiling despite their exhaustion. They were pleased with how well the restaurant was doing.
As Felix and the others lounged on the couches, chatting and laughing, an hour flew by.
Suddenly, there was a knock on the door and a waiter entered.
"What is it?" Felix looked at the waiter and asked.
"Boss, all the customers have left and the restaurant is all cleaned up," the waiter reported respectfully.
"Great, tell everyone to meet on the first floor. I'll be there in a minute," Felix instructed.
"Yes, Boss," the waiter replied, bowing before leaving the office.
"Are you guys coming down with me?" Felix asked the group.
"I'm in, big bro!" Nixie eagerly stood up.
The others waved their hands, indicating they preferred to stay put.
"Alright, Nixie and I will be back soon," Felix said, leading Nixie downstairs.
By the time they reached the first floor, all the employees had gathered, except for Chef Gideon.
Felix smiled at the group. "Great job, everyone! Our first day went smoothly thanks to all of you. I'm really happy and impressed with your hard work."
"But I believe this is just the beginning. I have faith that our restaurant will continue to grow and expand in the future.
However, I also believe that for our restaurant to reach new heights, all of you present will play a significant role," Felix continued.
All the employees had eager expressions on their faces as they listened to Felix. They were thrilled to be appreciated for the hard work they had done.
To be honest, none of them are usually taken seriously in other places. They are often made to work long hours without much appreciation or fair wages.
They have been taken advantage of and treated like animals. But now, for the first time, someone has recognized their efforts and treated them with respect. That's why they were so excited.
"Ok everyone, once again, you have all done a great job. You can go to Nixie to receive your bonuses, and then head home," Felix said.
Immediately, all the employees looked at each other with excitement, whispering among themselves.
Felix chuckled and turned to Nixie,"Nixie, make sure you give everyone their bonuses as we discussed," he said.
"Yes, big bro," Nixie nodded, turning to the employees. "Ok everyone, follow me to receive your bonuses."
Nixie quickly led everyone to the second floor, while Felix went to the fourth floor.
An hour and a half later, everything had been settled, and the employees had left for their homes. Felix and the others locked up the restaurant and headed back to their mansion.
Thirty minutes later, they all arrived home. The children were already asleep, and everyone was tired, so they waste time and quickly went to their bedrooms.
Felix immediately indulged in a luxurious and comfortable bath, feeling refreshed as the water washed away his weariness.
He changed into his pajamas and settled onto the large queen-sized bed, a satisfied smile spreading across his face.
Today had been unexpectedly busy, with the restaurant proving to be more popular than he had anticipated on its opening day.
Despite giving Zephyr and Brixton flyers to spread across the entire city, Felix hadn't expected such a large turnout. He had hoped for a few customers, but the number that showed up far exceeded his expectations.
Securing a big deal only from Seraphine Netherfrost added to his excitement.
As he thought about the day's success, Felix couldn't help but smirk. "Looks like I'll need to celebrate with the others," he mused with a smile.
" Buy this is not the end, I will have to become strong if I want to grow my business " He narrowed his eyes. Today he have truly opened his eyes, he now that in this world there is always someone stronger than you.
When Zephyr told him about Seraphine Netherfrost strength, he knew his extremely weak, he was so weak that Seraphine can killed him with a single slap.
Felix felt quite uncomfortable thinking about this he was really unhappwith his own weakness.
Especially when he sense the powerful aura being emanated from those guests on the third, he couldn't stand in their presence for too long, he felt that he would suffocate to death he stands in their presence.
Thinking of that feeling Felix face shifted slightly, he was really feeling uncomfortable about the his feeling.
"System, open the Cultivation Shop Section for me," Felix instructed, a light flashed as the blue holographic screen appeared before him.
Felix gazed intensely at the Cultivation Shop, noticing that it was split into two sections: Skills and Cultivation Techniques. After a moment of contemplation, he clicked on the skills shop. Instantly, the holographic screen changed, displaying rows of skills that caught Felix's eye and filled him with excitement as he began browsing through them.
The Cultivation Shop was further divided into Knight Skills and Magic Spells, ranging from Tier 1 to Tier 9. Felix's eyes widened as he focused on the Tier 9 Magic Spells, such as the

Feeling his heart race at the sight of these badass spells and their outrageous prices.
" Don't look, don't look, there are just here to confuse and tempt you " Felix patted his chest. To be honest he was really tempted but he knew he can't afford them now.
Turning his attention, he looked at the Tier 9 Knight Skills.

Once again left speechless by the outrageous prices, Felix took a deep breath and reluctantly shifted his gaze away from the Tier 9 section.
He browsed through the other Tiers, but as he browsed through the Tier 7,8,6,5,4 Felix was really speechless by the prices, the cheapest Skill and Spell was 2 Million BEP
Reluctantly, he looked at the more affordable Tier 1, 2, and 3 options, feeling slightly relieved to see prices ranging from 1,000 BEP to 500,000 BEP, which he could actually afford.
Felix carefully examined the Tier 1 Magic Spells and Knight Skills.
After some thought, he bought three Tier 1 Wind Elemental Spells, three Tier 1 Fire Elemental Spells, three Tier 1 Ice Elemental Spells, and three Tier 1 Knights Skills.
He paused again before adding three Tier 1 Lightning Elemental Spells to his cart. Satisfied with his choices, he closed the system interface.
" I'll give them to others tomorrow now let me catch some sleep " Felix thought as he yawned. And closed his eyes to sleep. He felt really tired, he had busy all day.
Despite being a Mana Cultivator with more strength than ordinary people, he still felt exhausted.
He had spent the day managing his restaurant on the third floor, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
He was constantly on edge, interacting with powerful individuals and worrying about potential issues that could arise and disrupt his business.
He fell asleep with a content smile on his.
