Chapter 856 Meeting The Baroness Again
Chapter 856 Meeting The Baroness Again
The journey to the next town was a short one, and unlike the time Lenny had come with Victor and Coco before his time Travel trip, lenny was not interested in sneaking in. He came for business, and in his eyes, these Demons were already dead. It was better he put them out of their misery. With a wave of his hand, Blood blades went out in different directions. there was no demon that was hit twice.
Each one of them got one hit either removing their heads, or outrightly dividing them into two. Of course, each attack had the privilege of coming with incredible speed and ferocity that many demons who were living their normal lives died without so much as knowing the reason for their deaths.
This was the same thing on reaching the temple. Lenny did not give the demons a chance to summon their temple golem guards. They were killed swiftly.
Lenny turned to Coco and the others, "you all will have to use your blood to get to the other side. But are you sure you want to come?
After all, my goal is for all demons and Devils to be kicked out of my world."
Coco nodded as he stepped forward, "Apart from Morgana. We were all born in hell. we are proud of our origins, and won't mind returning there. However, we would rather go back with the Devil heart. it is too important to us." Lenny heard those word and nodded at them, "In that case, let's go see the baroness." Nôv(el)B\\jnn
Just like the first time he was here, Lenny and the others appeared from the sky over a dark blood soaked land with blood rain falling constantly.
However, unlike last time, Lenny did not bother with landing and immediately headed for the castle far off in the distance.
The last time, it was in this place that Morgana had met her end. Soon, far off in the distance. Lenny could see Baroness Everbee's castle.
The sheer malevolence that the structure exuded would have been terrifying to any ordinary man.
Just like the first time he was here, the castle remained, rising ominously against the backdrop of the blood-red clouds, a monument to torment and despair. Its walls, swathed in the deepest black, absorbed light, hope, and sanity with equal voracity. A closer inspection revealed horrifying details: the surface seemed to writhe and pulse with life, as if countless human and demonic faces were trapped within, forever screaming in silent agony. It wasn't an illusion; Lenny could discern the truth of its masonry. Humans and demons alike had been built into the very walls of the castle, their souls condemned to an eternity of suffering, their faces etched into the stone as a testament to the baroness's cruelty.
Dominating the foreboding landscape before the castle were two giant spheres, each a macabre trophy of the baroness's conquests and perversions. The first sphere was a grotesque spectacle, housing the still-beating heart of a devil, distinguished by its three inverted eyes that stared back with an accusatory glare. Surrounding this heart, six hundred and sixty-six rune-etched pillars pierced through the flesh, anchoring it to the desolate earth below. The runes glowed with an unholy light, each symbol a curse, binding the heart in a perpetual state of torment and subjugation.
Adjacent to this ghastly display was the second sphere, within which lay the figure of an angel of ethereal beauty. His half-open eyes, a radiant shade of blue, offered a glimpse of the heavens from which he had fallen. This was Uriel the Angel that lenny had been warned about from the fates.
Yet, any semblance of divinity was marred by the brutal manner in which his magnificent wings were pinned to the ground. Seven massive pillars, each one a desecration of all that is holy, impaled the wings, spreading them wide against the cold, hard earth. The angel's face, though serene, bore the weight of endless despair, a celestial being reduced to an object of spectacle and derision.
Amidst the chilling tableau of suffering and dark magic that surrounded Baroness Everbee's castle, the most ghastly spectacle was reserved for the centerpiece of this macabre domain. Situated between the grotesque spheres, an abomination to any sense of morality or compassion lay the throne, a monstrous construction of twisted human flesh. This was not merely a seat of power; it was a statement, a declaration of absolute dominance and the utter disregard for life that Baroness Everbee embodied. The flesh that composed the throne seemed to pulse and writhe under the baroness's touch, as if the souls trapped within still cried out for salvation they knew would never come.
Upon this throne of horror sat Baroness Everbee, a figure of lethal beauty that contrasted starkly with the terror she presided over. Her skin was a deep, rich shade that seemed to absorb the faint light of the surrounding torment, making her presence all the more imposing.
Her eyes, a captivating blend of red and pink, glimmered with an otherworldly light, hinting at the immense power and cruelty that lay behind her gaze. She was the embodiment of seduction and danger, her form curvaceous, a deliberate allure that she wielded as effectively as any weapon in her arsenal. The scant attire that clung to her figure served more to accentuate her lethal femininity than to provide any semblance of modesty.
Baroness Everbee's pose on the throne, legs crossed in a display of casual authority, amplified the aura of seductiveness that surrounded her. The exposure of her thighs, the calculated pose, everything about her was designed to ensnare the senses, to draw in those around her even as they stood on the precipice of despair. Yet, for all her beauty and the calculated display of allure, to Lenny, she represented nothing but the epitome of depravity. Beneath the veneer of seduction lay a heart as twisted and corrupt as the throne she sat upon.
As lenny looked at her, he gave a side smile, "i hope i did not make you wait for too long my dear, Your brother was being a bitch, and I decided to send him back to hell. Don't worry, you will be joining him soon." The moment he said these words, a mixture of White flames and Earthen Lightning sparkled from his body as he...
